Night and Day

How do we have night and day?

We have night and day because the Earth orbits the Sun.  When the Sun is facing Earth it means that it’s daytime.
When the Earth rotates until it’s on the other side and that means it’s night time.

For the Earth to travel around the Sun is 365 days.
For one hole day is 24 hours. The Earth orbits on its axis to go round the Sun.

The Earth rotates around the Sun and that’s how we have night and day.
